In 1970, part of the North American Metropolia's full agreement with the MP, [ the Tomos] in order to obtain its 'autocephaly' from them, gave to the MP, their 'Mother Church" (!), full control/ownersh ip/supervision of, the entire Japanese Orthodox Church, a church which the then schismatic 'Metropolia' [ a schism from the Russian Church Abroad,] had control of, under their then Metropolitan Ireney (Bekish), of New York, [ born in Poland], and their 'Metropolitan of Japan', Met. Vladimir (Nagosky)....a Russian-America n born in Cleveland, Ohio. What shame! What betrayal of St. Nicholas (Kasatkin) of Japan and all his labours!..and of all the Orthodox Japanese clergy and laity. Rd. Daniel
